Dr Cornacchia saved my life 19 years ago. I was an emergency room patient at Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre, NY suffering from a burst cerebral aneurysm. He and his team operated and placed a clip which is still in place. I was back at work in 5 weeks and have been an active retiree for 18 years. Thank goodness he was on call that fateful night.

Dr. Cornacchia has to me is the Absolute Best of the Best. He is very thorough with he examinations. He takes the time to explain his findings. He goes over every detail. I have had him as my surgeon since 1996. My first surgery he saved my Life. I would Trust this man with my Life
