Dr Maurer repaired my right shoulder in 2019, I have full ROM. I was so pleased of course I chose to have him repair my left rotator cuff and bicep tendon!

Dr, Maurer seemed to be in a rush to get me out. He had no time to answer a few questions or listen to my description of the pain. He drained my knee, gave me a cortisone shot and sent me on my way. I'd like to know a little more about my injury and what I need to think about for the future.

Most disappointed with office manager who refused me an appt. As a prior patient having had surgery, whose cost was thousands and paid, was sent a bill two years after service, promptly set up payments that I have honored. Owe 200.00 and have insurance but was denied appt. Unfriendly, discourteous ,unprofessional, but mostly unkind as I have another torn meniscus and trusted this surgeon. Hmm, great customer relations!

Terrible bedside manner, could not be bothered with me. He wanted to get out of the room the moment he got in it. Maybe spoke with him for 5 minutes, had a ton of questions he could not be bothered with. Sorry to trouble you with my injury

Dr. Maurer is one of the best doctors I have ever had. His "bedside-manner personality" makes you feel at ease whenever you see him. He is able to diagnose the problems immediately, and if he is unsure in the least bit with his diagnosis, he brings in another associate. Dr. Maurer also has a great memory and he treats each of his patients with their own individual care.
