I have been under Dr.Bigman’s care since the initial opening of his office over 20years ago I am still his patient, he runs a great office and is an amazing Doctor I highly recommend Dr. Bigman at Doc Care.

Dr. Bigman is a prime example of what Everyone should expect in a doctor when you have your visit . He was very polite attentive showed interest and concern made me feel comfortable and did not rush during his examination. The staff at the office was friendly polite and eager to help. Overall this was a great experience for me . We need more Doctors like Dr Bigman .

This review is not for Dr. Alan Bigman necessarily but the staff at this location. Dr bigman was not available so i took the soonest appointment with any other doctor soonest available at this location. My appointment was for 3:15 and I arrived 20 min early at 2:50pm. At 3:45 I asked the front desk when I would be seen. This young last told me there were two people ahead of me because there weren’t enough doctors to cover the appointments made. I told her what time arrived and what time my appointment was for and asked why they booked so many appointments if they didn’t have the doctors available to service the patients. Her response was “i’ve also been here since 2:45” to which my response was “Yes, and you’re getting paid- I’m NOT, what’s your point?” This young lady literally stood up in an attempt to intimidate me like getting loud and boisterous-behind the PLEXI GLASS barrier. 🤣😱Talk about unprofessional. She was already wrong in our exchange before this, but her unprovoked aggression was uncalled for. Doc care needs to more thoroughly vet their staff because this young girl in particular wasn’t just unprofessional she was behaving trashy in response to a valid question and didn’t appreciate my comment when she responded to me im such a rude manner.

Dr. Bigman and his team are very empathetic and knowledgeable. If you want a doctor who cares about their patient and is willing to spend time to understand their needs, I strongly recommend their service.

Awesome doctor. Very caring, awesome that he focuses on diet and prevention rather than trying to make money by prescribing me random things without telling me what they are. Is one of the few doctors I know who actually care about prevention of disease.
