Consulted about tinnitus., Can’t do much at all about tinnitus but office visit was good. Hearing test was thorough. Dr. Baraat cleaned my ears which had never been done and felt good, but cannot resolve my particular complaint.

First I have to say I never write reviews (I just read them lol) but this experience warrants one! I had a septoplasty done by Dr. Kelly in December, prior to the surgery Dr. Kelly went above and beyond to answer all my questions and actually spend the time listening to my concerns (majority of doctors rush you out - not him!) not only that his assistant Nikki was phenomenal always available if Dr. Kelly wasn’t. The day of surgery we had a major snowstorm pushing back my surgery time by a couple hours. Dr. Kelly’s bedside manner was amazing, he constantly checked in to let me know how things were going and when we would get started also seeing if I needed anything. His team in the hospital was also so attentive, made me comfortable considering how nervous I was to be put under. The surgery was successful, Dr. Kelly even called that night to check on me! I saw him the next morning again answering all my questions and being very thorough (not rushing me). I’m so surprised at the healing process! I couldn’t of asked for anything better, no bruising and very little pain. I am now about 2 months post op and I am so happy I went through with it (I was on the fence for about a year) not only can I breathe out of the right side of my nose again, my nose looks perfect. To anyone who is on the fence, go for it! Dr. Kelly is amazing and his team in and out of the hospital is awesome. I can’t thank him enough and I’d recommend him to anyone.
