Terrible terrible experience. Spoke to several people there, including the manager Lorraine, who is nasty. She has no idea how to do her job. I called there office at 9:06 AM. Make an appointment for the next day. Get all the information I need regarding the referral. I’m an existing patient. Get a call back seven hours later saying I’m not part of their insurance and then trying to extort me for $250 just to walk in and any extras if they have to take out wax or look at my throat. I called for a double ear infection and this is what I’m told after I asked him how much it would cost. They were looking for me to come in and pay cash not knowing how much. She spent the whole time asking me who made the appointment when they have all the information there in front of them and they called me. I will be reporting them. The doctor should know how his office is treating patients and the reputation they’re forming. They’re incompetent and they blame you for their mistake. No compassion just complete deflection. What a joke.

I've been seeing Dr. Kelly for over 10yrs. He is an amazing artist in his field of specialty! I trust him 1000% , there have been times I've went and he was totally honest with me that i did not need to do all of what i was looking to do on the cosmetic end. Not only did he save me money but he was honest and didn't do it just for the money. He gets to know his patients and what they are doing with their lives and is a real gentleman. Besides being exceptionally smart he believes in his product as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Kelly at Ent and Allergy for my nose since I was a teenager (about 10 years on and off for the same issue). He is always thorough and patient. He is very polite and professional, listening and answering every question you may have. After years of deliberation, i finally decided to get my deviated septum corrected, and I knew from the start Dr. Kelly was the right choice. I had no issues pre or post-op! Dr. Kelly and his team were there for me every step of the way to keep me calm and properly cared for. I couldn’t be happier about my experience with Ent and Allergy, and with the amazing work Dr. Kelly and his team do!
