Dr. Monserrate is an excellent Cardiologist. He is professional with excellent beside manners. He sincerely cares about his patients. The office is ran very efficiently. I wish more doctors offices were like this one. I would highly recommend him and his office.

I took my Mom to see Dr Monserrate. He was very knowledgeable. I loved that he was mindful of doing invasive procedures. Mindful of the fact of her age her physical condition and how advantageous or disadvantageousa procedure might be for her. Hia approach to get was realistic and conservative.

A little under a year ago by listening to what I was saying and not just looking at test results Dr. Monserrate ordered a stress test with contrast that indicated I needed further investigation. His referral to Dr. Gambino in Garden City for an angiogram saved my life. My LAD artery was 99% blocked and a stent was put in....just in time I have since insisted that my husband also become a patient of Dr. Monserrate and he has been calm informative concerned and is treating my husband who is the worst patient in the world. Each visit proves what a wonderful doctor he is. He is kind understanding knowledgeable patient with his patients willing to explain what is happening in a way for the lay person to understand. We are lucky to be in his care. I would recommend him and East End Cardiology very highly. These doctors work together and leave no stone unturned.

I also find the cooperation between doctors in East End Cardiology extremely professional and shows the practices concern for their patients to be outstanding.
