Most thorough gynecological exam ever -- I really felt like I was with a caring great Dr.
This place is a three ring circus I waited for 4 days to get a prescription and then once I walked into the place they still didn’t have it after 30 minutes of waiting. I had to leave and give them my phone number to call me when they could get their act together to give me my script. Such a mess.
As a young woman new to going to the gynecologist I enjoyed going to see Dr.Lazar, she is a great doctor that cares about and knows her patients. My complaint comes from the last 4 appointments I’ve had to schedule with a nurse practitioner or other doctor that doesn’t know me due to the fact that dr lazar is absent and living out of state for 6 months out of the year. I like to come in to see the same doctor, same face that knows me, my medical and personal history and to have that level of comfort and trust. I feel that the other people I’ve seen in the office do not give me the same level of willingness to help or know enough about my personal history to make the decisions made such as switching my birth control.
Dr.Segarra is such a great Doctor the nurses are very nice and very professional
I've been going here for more than 6 years with all of my pregnancies I love the doctors and staff there truly amazing and always made me feel welcoming and comfortable
Dr Lazar is an amazing Dr. Very compassionate, makes you feel comfortable etc.. She helped deliever my baby boy in 2005... I am truly grateful for this doctor end of story :)
This doctor nearly killed me. I was 7 weeks pregnant and started bleeding on Christmas Eve. I called the afer hours number and told Dr Lazar that I thought I was having an ectopic (because I had severe shoulder pain) she told me I was at a low risk for this and told me to stay off the interent (because I had googled my symptoms)and go back to bed. I ended up in the ER a few hours later with a ruptured ectopic. Not only that, when she heard I was leaving the practice, she called me at home (I thought to apologize) and said the most cruelest thing I have ever heard. I had had three miscarriages before this and her words to me were 'Well, I hear you are leaving the practice? Well, I think you associate us with not being able to have a baby and that is really why you are leaving'. What a nasty, unprofessonal thing to say. I left the practice because she nearly killed me. Stay far away from this doctor, she doesn't have a kind bone in her body and her medical judgement stinks.
Dr. Lazar was very throrough and compasionate after I miscarried at 16 weeks, she explained everything that I was going to experience during the process and after. There is no way I would have made it through that day without her guidance.
She performed minor surgery (shaved a fibroid) one month later fibroid was still there (whole). She wanted me to go on depravaro which my other doctor disagreed. That medicine shrinks fibroids and mine was not that big it needed to be removed not shrunk. Thank God I did not take her advice and sought another doctor who was able to remove the fibroid all together. Now Im fine. Please seek more then one opinion before making serious decisions. The medication she wanted me to go on had very serious side effects. She was unhelpful.
Great dr! caring, compassionate and thorough!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
