Anh Bui's Online Review Report Card

Horrible. I went in for really bad back pain I had for a week. She didn't take time to examine my back, she didn't take my temperature or urine sample. She recommended that go to a Physical therapist. Every experience ive had with her she always has no answer she doesn't look into anything. So long story short about my back pain, I went to urgent care because I knew something wasn't right. They examined me there took tests and told me to go to ED right away. I had pneumonia in both lungs and had to be hospitalized for a couple days. Good thing I stuck to my gut and went to urgent care and didn't listen to her.

I have been a patient for 9years and have to say that she is the best doctor l have ever had. Dr. Bui is kind, patient, knowledgable and takes time to hear all your concerns. I have a traumatic brain injury and she understood what I was going through. I truly believe that without her I would not be here today. I miss her dearly and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have to follow up after calling a week ahead for a script renewal. So that's 2 calls prior to renewal and on day of renewal the pharmacy hasn't received the script to fill and they know nothing. I then make a 3rd call to the Dr office to have a message given to a nurse to get this script to the pharmacy urgent as script is due today. Tomorrow is a holiday and this same thing happened going into a holiday weekend earlier this year. That time when I called the office girl tells me day script is due that I can't have script called in because I missed an appointment. Mind you I had been taking this med with a monthly call in to fill for over a year. She made the decision on her own to say that. She had no knowledge of me or my medical history and certainly didn't have the authority to make that decision. Think of the withdrawal situation that girl could have caused had I not took her answer seriously and called back till action happened. Come to find out she is from the answering service and making Dr decisions. She should be fired. I found the dr and nurse know nothing of a decline and are just late in getting the script out. They forgot or something. That time a gentleman from the office called and proceeded to give me a speech about addiction and scold me for finishing my script early. Both this time and all the other times I have been due for a refill when I called. I am legit and getting verbally accused and abused by this guy. I told him off and put him in his place. I am right here. My directions are to call a week ahead and I do. I follow up going into the weekend or holiday when it is due and I haven't been text notified. I am presently exoeriencine this problem and the office will be closed tomorrow and I am due as of this morning. I am late now on my schedule. Withdrawal? See how that goes. Okay at the moment just experiencing the symptom that this med is for. I think it's time to change dr. and basically start a decades worth of work all over again cause the new Dr will go through all the same paces till we are caught up to present. I suppose I should plan on more radiation cause you can bet the new Dr will order them. Why doesn't anyone practice what is preached about over exposure? They just keep shoving me in those tubes with no answers. It wasn't this way when it was Unity health. Once Regional took over there are three times the patients but the same amount of doctors so they rush a lot now. My time with Dr went from 20-30 minutes to 5-10. Can't even talk to Dr anymore with that kind of workload. I wouldn't go here. Keep on walking.

The staff that works there is extremely unhelpful. You have to call multiple times for a call back. Does not follow up on urgent requests. Dr. Bui is fine, but staff is terrible. I would not recommend this office.

I really like Dr. Bui, so much so that when I moved across town, I didn't want to change doctors. Not only is she friendly, she really cares. She listens intently, explains things clearly, and provides a lot of information. And I never feel like she rushes me; she takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would highly recommend her.

She was horrible. She also told me that at their office they don't like to give out medicine... A DOCTORS OFFICE DOESN'T GIVE OUT MEDS. I am actually leaving the practice. You can only talk to an answering service.. Never the office unless they call you back and it is EXTREMELY hard to get in when sick..

Dr. Bui is wonderful and her staff is very helpful! I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a family doctor.

Dr Bui is my new PCP and although I have only been to her once so far, I know that I like her. She is very respectful, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Bui is exactly the kind of Doctor I need.

Dr, Bui is one of the most special people I have met in my life. I like to call her SUPERWOMAN, she is one of a kind. I told her that I wanted to be just like her when I grow up. (I am 72) When you are in her office you are the most important patient at that time. If you are in need of a doctor or are not happy with your present doctor, go to Dr. Bui. You won't be disappointed.

The people that work for Dr. Buia are never helpful. Never. Registered a year ago and they lost my papers. Never followed up with me and kept on procrastinating my appointment with this Dr. It is awful.
