Anthony Baratta's Online Review Report Card

I went for a procedure with Dr. Baratta I just wanted to say his staff was terrific and very professional. I would definitely go back there.

I visited Dr. Baratta on several occasions and I find Dr. Baratta to be an exceptional, honesty and trustworthy physician. He has demonstrated a work ethic and care for his patients that is beyond that of other physicians. His openness to answering questions and delivering insightful and effective recommendations is comforting. Overall, Dr. Baratta is a physician I completely trust and I would highly recommend.

I am leaving this extremely poor rating on behalf of my wife who was a patient of Dr. Baratta's until recently. Dr. Baratta diagnosed her with Krohn's Disease years ago. Sure, she could have gotten a second opinion but she trusted her Gastroenterologist. That diagnosis it appears is not correct. That's pretty bad especially with the fact she's been taking a prescription medication that costs $480 out of pocket MONTHLY. Maybe he's in cahoots with the big pharma? Then add the fact that she had what she thought was a flare in March and when she called him no one ever got back to her. Then when she tried to switch the new Gastro group needed her records and they never responded to that either until I called and threatened lawsuits. Even then it took weeks. On his page it says he's taking new patients. Umm.... NO. Run far far far away from Anthony Baratta.

After following strict diet and regimen for over a year, I wanted to push to get off of the Chemo-grade medication that Dr. Baratta was prescribing - with no mention or focus on diet or lifestyle. He told me, “don’t believe everything you read on the internet.” Sad. I am now 2 years medication free with no help to doctors like Dr. Baratta. They are owned by big Pharma and will never give you the answers you need. Seek your own answers. Do your own research. Please. I am so glad I did.

Dr. Baratta was kind, exceptional and professional. His personality was friendly and accessible. He gave me a high five when I was done with my colonoscopy !!! I would recommend Dr. Baratta to anyone who needs a colonoscopy !

Stupendous. I was a nurse and I’ve been in the medical field for over 40 years. I’ve become very disillusioned and jaded with a lot of the Physicians that I’ve seen in the past several years . I am blessed to be healthy and I don’t see doctors often only when I have to. Not only is he thorough he actually takes an interest in you and hand writes everything, no horrible computers. I feel in very good hands with him. I had taken my friend to have a colonoscopy and when he came in to explain things that’s when I first met him. I was incredibly impressed with his bedside manner and asked if he could see me. He made an exception and said he would and I’m forever grateful. He is wonderful, my only wish is that he was my primary doctor . And I love his office staff !!

Have been to Dr. Baratta’s office a few times. Everyone is friendly, the PA is great....takes time with you and provides options. No complaints at all. Had colonoscopy one time....no complaints either. The Dr. and staff are all great!

Dr. Baratta is thorough and caring. He answers all of my questions and is easy to talk to. Have been his patient for 24 years.

Dr. Baratta is an exceptional gastroenterologist with great procedural skils and a wonderful bedside manner. My siblings and I have been to him multiple times for colonoscopy, given a family history. I've also recommend many other relatives, friends and neighbors to see him. All have provided very positive feedback. I have worked in healthcare myself for over 20 years and know Dr. Baratta has consistently been awesome. He is one of the best!
