I have written several reviews and feel Dr. Ragusa should get the benefit of all positive reviews as he is an outstanding Physician. I have been with Dr. Ragusa for the last 14 years I have been back in the Rochester area. My health care issues are a challenge and Dr. Ragusa and his staff have provided a level of care not often found in the medical world. He has given me hope and a quality of life I had not found prior to becoming his patient. Well something seems off about the dates of this review but not a real big deal but I'm now approaching my 20th year with Dr Ragusa. I moved back to Rochester from a horrible woke medical experience on Cape Cod, MA in november 2004 and stared with Dr Ragusa late 2004 early 2005. I plan on leaving NY as the medical here has gone woke and I'm no longer feeling supported other than I still stand by Dr Ragusa and his outstanding care of myself and my dad who passed in late 21 at 97 years old. I only hope I find a primary care doctor as caring and professional as I've had with Dr Ragusa and his staff and nurse Ann Daley. May God bless you and yours.

Dr. Ragusa and staff are great. I would not trade his nurse Ann for the world. They work well together. Very comforting and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Ragusa is a wonderful physician. He always makes himself available when needed and he and his staff are always responsive to communications, personable, and caring. Dr. Ragusa spends the time necessary to provide a thorough exam and takes care in explaining the results of tests and ‘next steps’ to ensure I remain as healthy as possible. My husband and I have no regrets transferring our care to him… except that we didn’t do it sooner! Thank you so much for all you do for us!

My doctor doesn't miss a single thing. Best doctor ever. I've been with him for many years. He has the best staff also. Any questions and they get right on it. I love Ann and Holly and Andrea. Never had any issues to complain about.

Prior to my actual exam, I met with Dr. Ragusa's assistant for preliminary blood work for the Cleveland Clinic and general questionnaires about diet, sleep habits, general mood/depression/anxiety, etc. Then a week or two later met with Dr. Ragusa, for a complete head to toe physical examination, discussion of any and every ache or pain, medications, conditions, and so on. The exam lasted a full 2 hours.

Dr Ragusa has been without question, the best doctor I've ever experienced. Office staff is as professional and personally friendly as you can get. Would recommend him at the highest level.
