After 3 kids, weight fluctuations and finally 65lb weight lose, I was left with shapeless, unflattering breasts with lots of loose skin.  I was embarrassed and lacked self confidence.  I did not have very high expectations and thought nothing could help until I met Dr Amalfi.  I knew right away she was the one and only Dr for me.  She is genuine from the start, she exudes character and most of all makes you feel fantastic and hopeful. I trusted her from the beginning and have even more trust and confidence 3 weeks post surgery.   I am beyond grateful for her dedication and true artistic ability and would only recommend Dr Amalfi to anyone thinking of breast reconstruction.  I am a new person..this has been truly life changing and for anyone considering this my only regret is waiting this long.  Thank you Dr Amalfi for everything you do.  I also can't forget to Thank all the staff from beginning to end..you are true professionals.

Doctor Amalfi is hands down the best! She was very professional every step of the way. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened to me and offered suggestions that fit my needs. I have now scheduled a second procedure with her because I have so much trust in her and her talent. I continue to recommend her to friends and family. We are truly lucky to have her in Rochester, New York.

I recently visited Dr. Amalfi for an inverted nipple correction procedure. I have been uncomfortable with my nipples my entire life and now, I finally had the courage to do something about it. Dr. Amalfi made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure and she is down-to-earth, thoughtful and pays attention to your concerns every step of the way. I am now a month out from my procedure and my nipples look amazing and no longer are inverted. I would have done the procedure a long time ago had I known how easy it would be. It only took 30 minutes and I had hardly any downtime afterward. The pain was also very minimal. I am thrilled with my results and cannot recommend Dr. Amalfi and her team enough!

I cannot recommend Dr. Amalfi more highly. She is warm, talented, and a true artist in her surgery as well as actual artwork. I always felt like I was in the best hands for my iliac liposuction. The entire staff and entire experience at Quatela Center was first class and very personal. I felt everyone cared about me. The Surgical Center was sterile and I felt very comfortable having surgery there during the pandemic.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amalfi today! I can’t say enough about her! Her attention to detail, knowledge, warm and welcoming bedside manner, and overall personality far exceeded my expectations! I am thrilled with my results and can’t wait to go back to her!

I’m from Rochester, NY and had liposuction of the abdomen, ilium, inner and outer thighs, and axillary performed. I could not possibly be happier with Dr. Amalfi’s work. Everything you’ve heard is true - she is absolutely an artist. She really had her work cut out for her but she sculpted me in a way nobody else could have.. I am so grateful to her!

Dr. Amalfi performed 3 surgeries on me after my mastectomy. She worked closely with my surgeon to immediately insert a tissue expander once the breast was removed and did an excellent job. Minimal scarring and pain. I had some issues with fluid buildup and she researched issue, conferred with other doctors and referred me to a specialist. Nine months after my mastectomy she ad removed the expander and inserted an implant. Due to issues with the fluid buildup, she opted to wait for the fat grafting on the insert and breast lift on the other side. I appreciate her caring and concern. I could contact her at any time with concerns and she would immediately get back to me. She is exactly the doctor you need if you're going through the trauma of a mastectomy and/or breast reconstruction.

Dr Ashley Amalfi is truly amazing at what she does! She has a great personality and very knowledgeable in her specialty. I was looking for plastic surgeon for about a year till I found her and I am so happy I did! The procedure I was looking for was breast implants exchange and after consultation with Dr Amalfi I ended up getting breast lift with implants exchanged. I’m so thankful that Dr Amalfi recommend that, because I’m beyond happy with results and her work is perfection. If you are looking for plastic surgeon, look no further. I would highly recommend getting consultation with Dr Amalfi. The whole office stuff is so friendly and welcoming also!

I was looking for a plastic surgeon for about a year and after all the research I was so glad to find Dr. Ashley Amalfi! I was looking for plastic surgeon that will be able to hear me out about what I was looking for, but also give me feedback and suggestions. The procedure I was looking for was implant exchange (I had breast lift and augmentation 10 years ago with different plastic surgeon, but since had another child). After meeting Dr. Amalfi for consultation I knew right away that choosing her was the right decision. Besides being very personable, Dr. Amalfi is very knowledgeable. During my consultation she suggested that besides implant exchange I get breast lift redone as well. She made me comfortable moving ahead with procedure and gave me those suggestions I was hoping for. She was everything I was looking for in plastic surgeon and more. Choosing a doctor is something I do not take lightly, let alone a plastic surgeon. After weeks of research, I chose Dr. Ashley Amalfi and I could not be happier with my decision. She walked in the room for the first time, was so warm and welcoming that I genuinely felt like we had been friends for years. This was huge in my first impression of her as she was someone I was trusting my physical appearance to! She talked me though all my questions and fears leaving me feeling comfortable and confident with my decision. One year ago, I had a breast reduction and am kicking myself that I didn’t find her sooner to have it done! I suffered from horrible neck, back and shoulder pain for years, where most nights I cried it hurt so badly. I can honestly say from day 1 post-op, I have felt like a complete weight has been lifted off of me and I haven’t had a bit of that pain anymore. I have her to thank for that! Dr. Amalfi is a Godsend and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
