VERY SATISFIED WITH DR. LERTZMAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND HER, SHE TAKES HER TIME WITH YOU. ANSWERS ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETALE.
I was able to get in to see Dr. Lertzman at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic the following week after my call to request an appointment. I thought that was quick. I went a little early in case the was paperwork to do. Got in to the examination room right away. Technician came in to do preliminary questions and update the computer information. Dr. Lertzman came in within 5 minutes of me be asked to get ready for the exam. She was very courtesy, friendly & compassionate! I give the whole experience 5 stars.
Dr Lertzman is an excellent dermatologist who I have known since the early 2000s. My ezcema flared up in late March and I saw her in a telemedicine visit. She was able to look at my hands and prescribe a three weeks course of treatment worh steroid creams. I have had ezcema since I was a small child but she helped me with some much needed relief.
Dr. Lertzman didn't even look at my condition, and was in a rush to leave the room as soon as she entered. She explained the "diagnosis" by writing related terms down on a pad. Then she told me the prescription lotion she gave me could cause blindness if used for more than a week. I felt rushed and of little consequence. Apparently, seeing as many patients as possible is the objective in that office. Dr. McMeekin does the same thing.
Dr. L. is brusk and borderline rude. Every you see a different doc at that office, you get a different answer - it is not consistent which makes me think dermatology is not an exact science.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
