Dr. Greenberg was friendly and down to earth during my emergency room visit. Excellent bedside manner, which is a WONDERFUL asset for people in for life threatening allergies and situations. He was a good listener to medical/ medication issues, and responded swiftly and appropriately when a situation had taken a turn. When I asked when I would be released, he went through a mental checklist of what needed to be done and observed before I would be released. He then gave me a time. Having had multiple ER visits over the years for the same issue, I knew if a doctor gave you a time of release, expect to be released a few hours over said time. I was shocked when he came in 5 minutes early (that has never happened before!) to give me a final observation, and I was good to go, so I was released right on time. The nurse and tech were also wonderful. An overall positive experience in a scary circumstance.

I saw Dr. Greenberg on a really busy night. He was attentive, friendly, and thorough. He made a good impression.

I am unsure whether I can adequately relay my oppressive feelings about this emergency room and one of their doctors, Dr. Brian S. Greenberg, DO, and his harsh staff. I entered their disorganized ER with several ailments including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and severe back pain. The technician was adequate. The nurse was rude, unhelpful, filtering, and in some words challenged why I was there in the first place. She, the nurse, wasn't interested in my diagnosis, care, or treatment; let alone representing the hospital in a professional manner. The doctor did nothing for me, I repeat did absolutely nothing to assist me but write me two 15 day prescriptions and dismissed me as a waste of his time. And I received an outrageous bill for these "services". The bill again is outrageous in the amount of $861.23, yes that's eight hundred sixty-one dollars and twenty-three cents. Are you kidding?! For what?! I cannot believe they're in business and I'll surely be taking further action; advocating for patients' rights!
