BEWARE, you will be forced to sign into treatment before you have an assessment. They will only give you a reccommendation letter of treatment regardless of their findings with no explanation. They will also charge you for the visit to get your verbal results and each visit going forward. This is a scam to generate funding for their business. You will never get a fare assessement regardless if you test negative.
Wonderful counselors are wonderful and professional! I absolutely loved my experience and very thankful!
Did some years there in the 09-12 WORST PLACE EVER. Out of many many different places but I learned to key is NOT OUTPATIENT.. outpatient is deadly cuz everyone is forced there. U really wanna get clean... go to AA or NA and do what they say.
Very professionals and love the staff
Counselors are very helpful and will go out of there way to help you
I was there in September of 2015 unitl May of 2016- Wayne was my counselor. I have remained sober since and Carol, Wayne and staff really helped me to lay my foundation. Read all the reviews with a raised eyebrow. I know for me, until I was ready- nothing was going to work and when someone tells me NO even today with nearly 6 years of sobriety, I still get mad. These reviews are probably from people with untreated alcoholism.
My first time there .I had a lady named courtney her office was BEAUTIFUL very comfortable and she was very nice and made me feel like someone! Next I see a lady named Estelle I've heard alot of nice things about her, and then a doctor! I'll keep you updated. Although none at the front desk explained anything they were all talking, eating and as I was up there with my bad legs and feet while I was asking a question I was shhhhed a couple times so they could talk to each other! They definitely need new more caring receptionists but I already called the state doctors board and the better business bureau! There are successes there I met a few in the waiting room that were graduating so it does have potential. But as in everything theres always a few bad apples to make one whole institution look bad. That's why i called the above places.
Terrible counselors with very unhealthy boundaries! Men's bathroom was about as nasty as nasty can be! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED DRUG COUNSELING! Other than that, they're not too bad! 😆😆😆
Rude receptionists. The counselors are very unprofessional and rude. I tried getting sober with them for years with no success. It seems like they just care about money and not someone’s health. The location of the facility is also unprofessional with a tiny parking lot. You have to walk a ways from the overflow lot. There is much better places to get sober. I am at strong recovery now and doing very well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT CONIFER PARK OUTPATIENT.
This place disgusts me. First some counselors are decent people just not well educated. But there are a few select counselors running groups that are assaulting the patients verbally. There is no place more disrespectful than this. I have been scheduled for appointments and showed up and they screwed up the appointment. I was then told screw me and my job. I have been in group and discussed my well rounded belief in a conversation on recovery and was attacked personally by a counselor named Marcus. By the way my beliefs are from the AA big book. Everytime I enter this building I am in an unsafe environment. Not by the patients but by the staff working there. It is a disrespectful disgusting place and needs to be shut down and restaffed. They are hurting people more than the drugs.
I've never been, but heard it was an amazing and actually fun place. Makes rehab bit easier👍
Receptionist so very very rude, If someone is calling they clearly need help just Shameful no compassion
Probably should have looke up the ratings before even calling this place. I called on behalf of someone else for some info- the receptionist, a man, was beyond rude. Get a new career if you no longer have sympathy, patience and compassion for families in need. Just the phone call alone was disturbing. Scary that the people in places that are supposed to foster rehabilitation and growth are the complete opposite of that.
I completed outpatient here. I met people I'll never forget and learned so much about myself during the time I was there. I was also in a second group call Seeking Safety, for PTSD, that helped me a lot. You get out what you put in.(Side note: I notice most of the bad reviews are people who didn't attend conifer let alone complete a program there. It's easy to feel things are unfair if you're trying to put 50% into recovery instead of 100%.)
I've been in recovery for a long time. This place offers tools that have not been previously offered as well as several medications not available before. The counselors are a pathetic caring and if you do mess up or relapse there are other Alternatives other than being thrown out of the group as with most other places.
Great place if you need to quit doing the garbage !
Very rude receptionist. Horrible counselors.
Counselor need counseling their self. 👎🏽 Not a professional setting. Very ratchet and ghetto.
