Horrible. Called to tell them my mother stopped taking her pill (Aricept) and they NEVER recommended or mentioned a dissolvable version until my dad took her there over 3 months later. Then he started her back on way too high of a dose and it made her sick with gastrointestinal issues. Instead of lower the dose and admitting it was too high, he took her off of it completely!!!! Whenever I called to question something and be an advocate for my mother, he go very defensive and repeatedly said he will refer me to someone else and NEVER take accountability for anything!! Oh, and he allowed my mother to drive WAYYY past the time when she should have, because she started crying in the office! Me and my aunt were both in awe that he allowed her to leave and drive, what doctor does that?!?!

Dr. Gill has been treating my nerve damage for 4 years and has greatly improved my quality of life. He listens and always has time for any questions and office staff are wonderful.

Dr Gill is a very caring and compasionate MD. He provided care for my father who suffered from Alzheimers. Additionally, I recently had a stroke - he saw me daily in the hospital. He was incredibly thorough with my care and treatment! Additionally, I was able to schedule a follow up appointment with him so quickly! I would give him 5 stars and would recommend him without hesitation!!

My father sees Dr. Gil, and who,e we love the doctor, his office staff is absolutely horrific! False/wrong information, we have had to have my father’s PCP send messages to the doctor personally to get his staff to schedule tests! If I could give them a review of zero stars I would. Two mris, two run arounds. Just the worst!

I find it very strange that a highly respected Doctor as Dr. Gill to be undermined by the office staff, The Dr. says to return in a year then the office refuses to schedule that far in advance. We have been going to this office for years and have been scheduling a year in advance.
