Doctor's are great. Administrative nightmare. Lost the paperwork four times so it took almost a year to get an appointment. 19 days before colonoscopy they drop my health insurer. ZERO notification. Even when my spouse goes and gives them the card. And the web site still says they accept it. Old phone message saying I couldn't come in and wait in the waiting room for my spouse. Nope, that was incorrect. They changed that policy a while ago. And it's terrible waiting area with no place for me to set my laptop down and do work, given the length of time. And the cherry on top, telling the results to my spouse but not inviting me, the non-drugged one, in to listen and ask questions. They used to do that. I would have gladly worn a mask. Finding a new group for next time.
