Genesis Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

I got involved with GP before my son was born (like you should). I was referred here from my cousin; her girls have been coming here their whole lives. After doing some research, we chose Dr. T for our son's pediatrician. After he was born we called and got his first appointment scheduled. We met with nurses, Dr. T, and lactation specialist. It was an incredible experience to meet everyone and get so much insight. Dr. T loves to hear all the questions and always has an answer for us. My son really likes him too, now that he is older to make those choices. We have had to use the portal several times to chat with the staff and there has never been an ignored message or misinterpreted thought. Even when we have emergencies, they are always responsive and fit us in as soon as they can. It is just a great pediatrician to have for any family. They have lifelong patients in our family.

My son was recently diagnosed with RSV. The staff there were so accommodating to get us an appointment literally 30 minutes after I called to tell them he was sick, the nurse practitioners treated him with such kindness and compassion, and answered all of my worried mom questions. As a first time mom I could not be more appreciative of the care my son has received there.

I have heard wonderful things about Genesis Pediatrics so I contacted them when I found out that I was expecting. I filled out a form on their website and got a call within 2 days to discuss newborn registration. I spoke with Christina who then mailed me out the registration packet and I received it the next day! Christina then took the time to have a phone call with my husband and I to review everything in the packet and any other questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and friendly! We can’t wait for our little one to arrive and to continue to work with the team at Genesis!

When I found out I was expecting there was no doubt in my mind about what pediatric practice I was going to choose! My family grew up going to Genesis Pediatrics, even on the sickest days I still loved seeing Dr. Goodfellow. The staff and facility are amazing. Christina Minster made signing my newborn up effortless. I received a welcome folder the next day after my initial call and she spent the morning going over everything in the folder with me. As an expecting mother I feel so at ease knowing my baby will be in the best of hands. Thank you Christina and Genesis pediatrics!

I’m currently 6months pregnant and my fiancé went to Genesis pediatrics when he was a kid and loved the office & his doctor. So I called to see if they were accepting new patients. I spoke with Christina she was super helpful and very nice! I was very stressed and overwhelmed with finding a new Obgyn & getting health insurance, and finding a pediatrics all at once and Christina helped me with everything! I now have health insurance and a new Obgyn and my daughter will be see doctor Catherine Goodfellow. Which I’m also really excited about because my fiancé went to Dr. Goodfellow when he was a kid! I am currently 5 months pregnant with my daughter and needed to find a pediatrician and knew the pandemic would make things more interesting. This office was recommended by my OBGYN and when I reached out via online on Sunday, I received a call from Christina the next day. She understood my concerns about finding a doctor virtually but assured me she would send a packet and follow up with me. Not only did Christina follow up after sending me a packet, she scheduled a time to review the information with my husband and I; she answered all questions and did a virtual tour. We signed our daughter right after the tour. I am very impressed with this office so far and I can't wait to visit in person. Thank you, Christina!

We have been patients at Genesis for the past 2.5 years, and have always been happy with our experiences there, but today every single staff member went above and beyond to make my anxious little boy more comfortable. From the nurse that brought him stickers because he didn’t want to have his clothes off to Dr. Ellicott who let him listen to her heart and check her ears before she checked him over. My son came to the appointment crying because he was so scared and left smiling and laughing talking all the way home about his “nice doctor”. I highly recommend this office for the kind and thoughtful team of people working there.

Just registered our baby to be here and it has been a great experience! Christine, their patient care coordinator, has been extremely accommodating and helpful! The tour was informative and you even get a bunch of helpful tools for when baby comes! So happy to know my baby will always be in good hands here!

We just switched from English Rd. Pediatrics, and had our first visit yesterday with Dr. T. I was in that exam room for two hours because he wanted to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered and understood. He also called me today to answer more questions I submitted on the portal. I was never able to speak to either of my kids old doctor over the phone! The whole practice so far has been amazing. Christina the care coordinator made me feel welcomed during my first initial call and recommended a great doctor for my kids!
