I was a little nervous to visit due to previous reviews. But to my surprise the service was great. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, the nurse who brought me back listened to exactly what was wrong. And when I was seen by the nurse practitioner, she was friendly and knew just what was wrong and wanted to make sure I no longer had discomfort. The waiting room was quiet and clean. And smelled really nice.

Great experience all around. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable. I really appreciate the ease of scheduling and am always able to be seen in a timely fashion. My skin has never looked better!

I only write bad reviews if it's warranted. these are peoples businesses, and sometimes you just get a nurse that doesn't know what they're doing. Unfortunately, not the case for me. I started taking the Accutane program for my skin and had an appointment every month. Every single appointment, something went wrong. repeated bloodwork due to paperwork miscommunication, medications prescribed too late that caused the government controlled Accutane drug program to be pushed back by a month, and 4 professional doctors tell me I shouldn't have been taking a medication THEY PRESCRIBED because they didint know I had an IUD. I took this medication for 4 months... and I told everyone I had an IUD, day one of the program. needless to say, I had my medical records transferred to my primary. I will never recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Helendale for a number of years ! My last 2 visits were definitely not what I had come to expect. The waiting room, boutique and spa were completely empty! I felt as though I was just an inconvenience! When I asked questions, I was given curt answers with no explanation! I am so very disappointed with my experience!
