Staff members are all super friendly and the laser hair removal process was far less painful than waxing. Honestly I found it to be unexpectedly relaxing. I will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend

Had my first experience and it went according to plan. Stephanie was amazing she knew exactly what she was doing and very experienced. I definitely recommend getting this done its effective and it actually doesnt hurt much.. maybe some places are a bit sensitive but its short lived. Will definitely be coming back not to just finish my legs but will be doing other areas. Highly recommend this Thank you

I wasnt aware in advance that I would basically have to undress for an evaluation from someone I was meeting for the first time virtually. I would prefer to have a consultation with information about the procedures and potential cost. Its a medical procedure and I want answers to my questions from someone with at least a PA or NP degree.

I had my first treatment on August 6th with no information when I left except to come back to my visit for todayOct 20th. Upon arrival the nurse told me I needed a CBC to see what my WBC is. I pulled up the last one on my phone and emailed it to her. She had me get ready for my treatment only to come back in 10 minutes later stating I couldnt get my treatment because my WBC was too high. This was the FIRST time I was even told I needed labs done and why wasnt this explained to me before my first treatment if it is policy I am confused why I even got my first treatment without the labs. So now I have to get labs done before I can get my treatment and they stated the next available appointment isnt until December I am beyond irritated that someone didnt reach out to me between Aug 6th and today to have me get the labs done so I could proceed with my treatments. Also I have an auto immune disease and my WBC runs high and now they state I may not be able to get the treatments at all. This ALL should have been explained before I even got the first treatment. Im confused why I could get one done with my WBC being elevated but all of a sudden I cannot.
