Great customer service all around. From the secretaries to Dr. Jagoda to her assistant to the Optician who helped measure my daughters eyes and help her choose an awesome pair of glasses. Very impressed with OcuSight in Greece.

She was very nice and informative but man who initially saw me acted like he didn't like his job. When I asked him to speak up he screamed at me. He shouldn't be working in a setting with elderly people who can't hear as well as him in fact he shouldn't be working with any people and I told Dr Jagoda how he acted to me

I have been seeing Dr. Jagoda for about 10 years or so (since I switched to contacts) and she is PHENOMENAL! She's kind, informative, patient, and encouraging. There were so many times when I first switched to contacts that I wanted to give up and she kept cheering me on. Will always continue to see her!!! Everyone at any of the locations i have gone to (Webster and Penfield) are amazing and kind!
