Great experience with Dr. O'Neill!! She was professional yet had a wonderful sense of humor, which I really like in ANY doctor!!! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. O'Neill is very thorough and answers questions in a very professional way. She makes sure you understand and she genuinely cares about her patients' well being. Her staff is also courteous and very knowledgeable.

She was over 2 hours late for my initial appointment and her staff could not be bothered to update me as to what the delay was or when I might be seen. They lied to me about the cost of the office visit - billed me for $80 more after I paid the amount I was quoted at the time of office visit. I asked to be knocked out as it was my first experience and they ignored that request and just sedated me. When I asked why they said it took too long to recover -- apparently they needed the bed faster so my needs were not important to them. Her nurse the day of the procedure was quite good.I will never go back to this practice and suggest you don't go there either.
