My experience was excellent. Dr, Gadziala was empathetic to my expressed needs for precise information on the procedure, on-going process, questions and concerns. She was articulate, open and compassionate demonstrating her many years of experience dealing with biopsies and cancer.

Five stars. Exceptionally compassionate and knowledgeable . Dr. Gadziala diagnosed my breast cancer in 2008 and has been evaluating me for the last 10 years. I credit her initial diagnosis and her continuing care with saving my life. I trust and thank this fine doctor .

Dr. Gadziala has no respect or compassion for her patients. On some of the worst days of her patients' lives, Dr. Gadziala offers not a smile nor a kind or positive word. She left me crying on the ultrasound table. I had to ask her multiple times to explain MY health and MY ultrasound results in terms I could understand, and she seemed appalled that someone would interrupt her grand speech to ask for clarification. It's apparent that they can't teach you to be a good person in medical school.

I needed a thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration done, but due to horror stories about the procedure at a local hospital where my test was scheduled, I declined to have it done, risking serious consequences. Then my PCP told me abt Dr. Gadziala at BMI & I decided to look into it. I initially spoke with Audrey, who set up my app't., & w/ her support, encouragement & understanding, I decided to have the test done. I actually ended up having it done twice. The 1st time was a breeze! The 2nd time presented a few difficult moments due to the location of the nodules biopsied, but even with that, I have to say Dr. Gadziala & staff made it possible for me to do. She & her assistants were very comforting, caring & encouraging. Patient care, safety & comfort were top priorities, easing all fears. When I had a question upon arriving home, Dr. Gadziala herself immediately took my call & addressed the issue. With unwavering confidence & 100% satisfaction, I recommend Dr. Gadziala. I truly am so thankful.

I needed a Fine Needle Aspiration done on my thyroid but had heard horror stories about it from 2 friends who had it done at a local hospital, & I was terrified of having the procedure done. My new PCP, however, recommended Dr. Gadziala at Clinton Crossings, stating she had never had negative feedback from any patients she had sent there, so I followed through, & I was amazed. Procedure was total smooth sailing from beginning to end. Audrey, who called to schedule, was so kind & supportive & highly praised Dr. Gadziala, giving me confidence in setting up the appointment. Audrey was a main factor in my scheduling this appointment. When I arrived, it took a few minutes to get to the check-in, but they had all my info in the computer so it was quick once I got up to the counter. They werent exactly warm, but not nasty, either, & Im sure they face their share of complaints. Five min. later a technician came out to get me. She, as Audrey, was kind & supportive, & assured me that Dr. Gasziala was wonderful & would explain everything to me. When Dr. Gadziala came in, she did not disappoint! She is very kind & respectful of the patient, explained what she would be doing & listened to my concerns about the procedure. As the others, she supported & assured me & put me right at ease. After washing & numbing the effected area, she took 4 tissue samples, gave me post-test instructions & lefttotal test time 10-15 minutes. The most discomfort I felt was pressure. And that was it! The technician then wiped down the area, applied a band-aid & waited with me to see if I was ok to leave. I was really amazed. And so grateful. I had no discomfort afterward, but my neck was a tad sore a few hours later, so I took 2 Tylenol, though I really could have done fine without. I also applied an ice pack to help with the soreness & very slight swelling.Thanks to Dr. Gadziala & the wonderful staff, Ive been able to have the test I needed. Im very thankful to all of them.

Dr. Gadziala was the most caring physician I have ever had. I was extremely nervous about my biopsy and she put me at complete ease.
