List of Patrick J Reid's Reviews
I seen Dr. Reid for my ulnar nerve in my elbow and he did the surgery. He was very nice and has a great bed side manner. I also have spinal stenosis and had 1 Doctor in Buffalo NY look at me and after all that was done to treat it he suggested surgery. I live in Rochester NY and I mentioned my MRI to Doctor Reid and he told me to bring in the MRI for a 2nd opinion. I have an appointment with him sheduled. The staff are professional and very nice and compassionate.
I am a retired RN. I worked in the OR for 20 years. I know many neurosurgeons. Dr. Reid is absolutely one of the finest neurosurgeon I have met. He is kind, caring and he listens. I would send anyone I know to him. He is truly incredible. I had great results from my surgery. It was the decompression of my ulnar nerve. If you need a neurosurgeon HE IS THE ONE.
Dr. Reid is not only the most compassionate doctor I've ever worked with for my spinal issues, but he took the time to thoroughly make a decision about my surgery (which was eventually done, but not rushed into). I cannot recommend enough.
Dr. Reid is wonderful! There's nothing negative I could possibly say. He is very thorough, compassionate and a top surgeon. I would highly recommend him.
this doctor has the best bedside manor of any doctor i ever went to. he explains in detail and listens to your concerns. very pleased with my results. highly recommended.
To say that Dr Reid has no compassion is an understatement! This man couldn't even give any recommendations after explaining the excruciating pain I'm currently having. All he could say was, "what do you want me to do?" When Drs tell you to call their office for emergencies, this is definitely not the response anyone expects, especially someone going thru a great deal of pain.
Plainly and simply put, this kind and brilliant man changed my life for the better in a number of ways. Before surgery, I could not stand or walk for more than a couple minutes before numbness took over my legs and sciatica in both legs. The sciatic pain is completely gone and the numbness has been virtually eliminated. He is a gentlemen, patient with office visits and welcomes questions and concerns. Very well might be the coolest guy I have ever encountered, certainly one of the best doctors that have ever treated me. Thank you, Dr. Reid, for giving me my life back!!! P.S. Sabrina Fisher, NP as well as office staff are a complete joy to engage with!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Reid or NP Sabrina Fisher. They have always taken their time in appointments. I never felt rushed and always felt heard. Compassion and skill are top-notch. Responses by phone or MyCare are within a very reasonable amount of time. I've been through a lot in three years and Dr. Reid fixed as much as he could of my botched 1st surgery.
in 2012 dr operated on me and i woke up paralized on my left side. dr did not know why.
Dr Reid is 90% on time with appointments. If he will be delayed, the staff keeps us informed. The consult on CT scan was explained and questions abswered to complete satisfaction.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
