I went to Emergency worst dr ever my husband heard him screaming me and said is that your dr I said yes !! He did not help me at all we will be making a formal complaint i see he has bad reviews!!

Dr. Riggs put together an outstanding team to perform a demanding surgical procedure in order to bring circulation to my husband's feet and legs. My husband has now a much different future than he would have had without the skill of this team of doctors and surgical nurses. Thank you all, so much, from my heart.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Is only there for a paycheck and does not care about his patients. He is a disappointment to the medical field and if you ever have the displeasure of working with this man my apologies. He has made a career of not helping patients and of disgracing the medical field. A classic case of anybody can be a doctor now a days. But in all honesty the hospital is a great place and has for the most part an amazing staff. Unfortunately this sad excuse for a doctor is one of them.

When no other vascular surgeon in the area would touch my case, Dr. Riggs took a chance. He is EXTREMELY BUSY with his practice. His office staff is great at coordinating things for him. The NP's are wonderful. I was able to get in fairly quickly/within a week and a half for a new patient visit. He did the necessary leg work to understand my problem THEN took the time to meticulously explain it to me, including the risks. He never rushed through an office visit. After an issue at the hospital post-procedure (which had nothing to do with him), he was VERY concerned about fixing the issues so they never happen again. I have recommended him and would do so in the future without hesitation. A+ As long as he is in Rochester... He will be my vascular doc of choice.
