I’ve been seeing Dr. Philip Sheils for many many years and normally once each year. He is an experienced eye doctor and surgeon. He can analyze any problem quickly and prescribe the medication to clear it up..Also, when I needed cataract surgery, I did not have to find another doctor. I just scheduled the procedure with Dr. Philip Sheils. It was so convenient, he is easy to work with, and is completely experienced. Thank you Dr. Sheils, Marilyn Barbano
