Awful! I waited long in waiting roolm. And over 2 hrs in exam room in a paper gown with door open.He finally came 2 hrs after my apt time. rushed me. Left exam rm door open so everyone could see and hear my business. Then I think he had me mixed up with another patient as he was saying things that did not relate to me at all. I will never go back .

In June, 2022, Dr. Stefanich performed complete reverse shoulder replacement. Almost 5 months later, I have obtained almost full range of motion and have very minimal pain from time to time. In addition to being a great surgeon, he is a very compassionate and caring person. He has also cared for several other family members and friends.

Dr. Stefanich is class act. He explained my right knee replacement in clear understanding terms in November. The office is timely and professional. I am so confident in him I am having my left knee replacement surgery done in June.

Dr. Stefanich is my orthopedic surgeon. I’m 59 years old and I have had two hips replaced and multiple knee surgeries by this wonderful doctor. There are many dynamics in everyone’s career. I have had many very good doctors in my life at my age and only a few stand out. Doctor Stefanich is one of them.

Dr. Stefanich is a really kind, patient, and attentive doctor that listened patiently to all my questions and concerns when I had a hip replacement in 2020. Dr. Stefanich is the very best orthopedic surgeon! He explains the procedures very well and provides the best treatment. His calm and gentle manner convey optimism and encouragement. Over the years, Dr. Stefanich gave me total hip replacements and repaired my broken femur. I am so very grateful for his expertise.

I have left 2 messages two different times requesting a call back about having records forwarded to another doctor for a second opinion and follow up on approval or decline from the insurance company with no call back. I am currently writing this review as I have been on hold for 20 minutes once again trying to get through to the office. I keep getting sent around on the telephone loop. This is terrible patient service!
