We have been seeing Dr. Greene for many years now and have always left our office visit feeling very confident that he is an excellent and caring physician. He has always treated us with kindness, courtesy and respect.

Payment policy is a scam. Be very careful!!! Have to give them a credit card for any charges that may not be covered by insurance and then if you are not setup for paperless statement you get another charge. Been going here for years and have several friends that go here. I am done and will let my friends know about this scam.

The only dermatologist I've gone to Rochester, NY. I've been going to him for years and have had my teenagers see Dr. Greene for their acne. He is always warm and friendly and knowledgeable. His office and staff are lovely. Highly suggest!

3 of us have recently compared notes on our experience at this office and have decided to not return, ever. No one has had the chance to see Dr. Greene himself. We have consistently had poor treatment whereby needing to return for the SAME reason - which shows either a lack of skill or an intentional motive to have patients return to keep business going. Find someone who will get it right the FIRST time! There's also a lack of communication and customer service with the doctor & assistants. Front desk people are great/very helpful.

Be aware that the office has policy of not auspices in room. The staff is very very firm to the point of being rude about it. Office staff is fine. Some nurses ok done extremely rude and demeaning!! You never see dr. Always PA

Unfortunately I couldn't be in touch with Doctor Greene on his facilities, just with the nurses, and we had really bad luck/treatment with my son, our first appointment was on Oct 8, he arrived with "normal" wart, ( I know warts are not normal things,) on the finger of my son, Now after two appointments the WART is so spread on my his finger, I hope Dr. Greene could read this and be on my appointment this coming Friday to give us his opinion, since seems the work nurses are doing is not the appropriate, I need this reverted for my son. if anybody reading this message know how to reach Richard M greene, or recommend him to be on my sons appointment this coming Friday I would appreciate, I wont spend more money with this bad treatment, expecting professional opinion this coming appointment. Nurses are just saying this is normal, and this is not true this is not normal.
