Dr. Ryan is excellent -- thorough with diagnostics and pleasant. The connection with Flaum is problematic. I wanted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Ryan for an eye issue I've had before, but was routed through a different eye care facility out of Strong, where the doctor wrote off my issue. I've called to try and reschedule with Dr. Ryan but they will not allow me to. Also, any time I call to reorder contacts, the hold times are long and the customer service representatives are less than pleasant. It seems like they have a CSR team handling the calls, which has often meant that any expectation of personalized care is gone. TL;DR: Dr. Ryan for eye exams, for sure. Make sure you bring up any issues during that appointment! But if you need extended eye care, maybe find a different doctor/location.

Dr. Ryan is very thourgh, gentle and kind. He is one of the nicest doctors ever. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ryan is the best doctor I've ever had...for anything. I've been going to him for over 15 years and can't say enough nice things about him. He's a great doctor, personal, professional and genuinely nice. I'll recommend him to anyone and everyone, anytime. My favorite, hands down.

Dr. Ryan has been my eye doctor for >15years (I’m 27). He is the only person I want providing me eye and vision care. He’s an awesome doctor, personable, and his team works hard to fix any issues that come up. I’m not a huge fan of Flaum Institute and wish they didn’t make the switch (I’ve definitely noticed a difference in the care I receive from the front end since the switch), but I’ll continue going there just so I can keep him as my doctor!

UR eye care is one of the worse place because they never have appt for atleast 2 to 3 month they tell u oh someone will call u but they never do sorry but I don't like UR eye care offices and front desk people don't know much or they just don't care if u pay cash you will get the appt same day or next UR fix these people may be they rasics or something.

Dr. Ryan is an exceptional doctor! He is very sincere and genuinely care about his patients!!!!! Very, very knowledgeable and has the astute ability to share and and communicate with patients.

Dr Ryan is an amazing doctor. Last year I developed an eye infection overnight and without even being a patient I walked into the practice and was seen right away by him. This year I had an eye exam and just happened to have a stye as well. Dr. Ryan told me to call him back to be seen again if the stye did not go away. It did go away and Dr. Ryan called and followed up with me himself days later just to make sure. I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the good work.

The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is personable, knowledgable and efficient. Dr Ryan takes time with his patients, explains everything and answers all questions. All around a terrific office.
