Very kind and thorough. I thought I'd have to come back for treatment at a later date but Dr. Vlad treated me that day! Let me tell you about the wonderful staff: There's Patty F., Pattie, Dawn, Ellie, and Beth. I hope I didn't leave anyone off this list as they are the most professional, attentive and welcoming staff I have ever seen in my 65 years of life and dealing with many health issues. These girls are the gold standard of patient care. I can't wait to go back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Joyce Austin

I have been going to Dr. Vlad for about 3 1/2 years now. She tells me what is going on in terms that I can understand. She is great.

Worst medical experience of my life! Back in 2007 Dr Vlad diagnosed me with CLL. Her first comment was "you will be dead in 5 years". She even had the nerve to tell my husband that it was none of his concern. Well 13 years later I'm still around and kicking. And I currently have a Dr who treats everyone with kindness.. I will never forgive her for her lack of compassion. I know sometimes we have to access that a great doctor with no bedside manner is better than a mediocre doctor who cares. I think it's possible to find both in one. I'm happy that I did.

No compassion for terminal patients. Lack of professionalism and very poor bedside manner. Saw very little of her. Regret going with her for my mom’s outcome was very short lived. A week after a surgery that should have never been performed she was gone. I’ll never forget the appointment we had with her. She had very little heart for my mom.

Dr. Vlad has been treating me regarding my serious anemia. Her staff is great. They have a great bedside manner.

My mom was diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer. She was alive for a month under Dr. Vlad's care. There is so much I could say about this doctor but will keep it short. Stay away from this woman and her staff.
