I wish there was a 0 star! Horrible staff horrible follow up staff . I wished I went to STRONG! HMISTAKE. ORTHOPEDIC
Triage nurses were terrible. Said I was super dehydrated based off of urine color and told them it had blood because my water broke. I was not dehydrated. The nurses, midwife and resident that was there when I delivered were great. The rest of the staff during the rest of my 3 day stay were very terrible. Bed side nurses don't seem to know beside manner. The staff in charge of vital records also screwed up my son's birth certificate that I know for a fact was filled out correctly.
My dad died last year from cancer. I kept on calling them asking them can I see him during his final days and they kept telling me “no he’s still in the emergency room” because there was no rooms open at the time I even called the night before he died they still said no. The day he died he was in a room in the cancer center. When I asked a nurse when he got the room she said 2 days before he passed. This whole time I’ve been calling they could’ve told me the truth about my dad and I could’ve been spending our last moments together.
The nurses are not professional. Their attitudes are nasty and when you catch one right back at them they want to go run and get security. This is a very trashy hospital worst experience.
I have had problems with emergency people being rude when I call. I called just now for records before 3:30 which is their end time and I tried twice to get through. The second time I called when the operator picked up the phone she said they might not be there but I can put you through again if you want me to so she knew who I was cuz I had called. I said I called before their time was up so why would they not be there? She said because they come and go. Excellent. Wish I could come and go as I pleased that his employee of urmc but we have more respect for people than that
I was in the ED for severely low BP and very low pulse. The staff were very, very rude! They actually yelled at one elderly man! They had no compassion! Requests were completely ignored!
A very comprehensive yet affordable health care provider with amiable and welcoming environment. I aspire to work there soon as a Registered General Nurse in other to enhance my skills and experience in my nursing career. Splendid.
Great care from my time in the ICU ward to my time in the cardiac unit. The staff and nurses were extremely good to me and I was a pain in the butt, but they took really good care of me, this wasn't a great experience but if you have to go through something like this I would recommend this hospital. Also the food was very good.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
