I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Shultz at Highland Family Medicine. He listened carefully and addressed all my concerns in a very caring manner. At no point did I feel rushed our unappreciated. I will be requesting him for my next visit.

Very disappointed. His office staff is unfriendly and not attentive -- they never sent for my records after one month of following up with them. Dr. Schultz seldom sees you himself. You are seen by a nurse practitioner. If and when you do see Dr. Schultz. He is not a good listener, is short with you and not responsive to your concerns. He is in and out of the room in 10 min. flat. This is poor quality healthcare!
