anything above 1 star would be generous…unreal. avoid rochester regional health in general, you’re just another number and most care is reactive, never preventative. this particular location shows just how poorly the american medical system has sunken.

I have been coming here since the 80s. Every time I call now (since it become Rochester Regional) they tell me the appointment is 4-6 months away. The audacity and arrogance of suggestion to someone to come half a year away. Lost my business. So sad.

Excellent visit, excellent doctor. Not only does Dr. Xenias know right where to look and answer for any problem I have, but also does so with a great sense of humor. It's good to have a doctor who is serious about problems, and humorous in dealing with an anxious patient. Highly recommended.

Go to.someone else! He burnt my mom with a Psoriasis treatment, and he wanted to charge her the co-pay! She had 2nd degree burns all over her body and then went to Dr Arthur on Helendale, BUT she pushes her products and they are SOOOOO expensive

I saw Doctor Brodell at my office visit, he was incredibly thorough, and addressed all of my concerns. The nurse who saw me was also incredibly helpful!

Dr. Xenias has been my family's dermatologist for years. He is very personable and takes his time with you. Sometimes he runs a little behind but it is because he looks over everything and everything you are concerned about. The nurses are very nice. I can understand some of the reviews saying how the receptionist can be rude. I find one in particular can be very short sometimes but I try to be kind to everyone as you never know what is going on. I don't think that is enough to give the Doctor himself one star. He is exceptional.
