I had a total knee replacement in early October by Dr. Posnick (I'm 64). The surgery went great. By mid November I was back in the gym 6 days a week. By December I was hitting golf balls with no issues (beyond how badly I hit golf balls). Dr. Posnick is straight forward and honest. I highly recommend him for those that are looking for an experienced surgeon that delivers on what he says. Everything about my surgery has gone exactly as Dr. Posnick had told me. If your looking for touchy feely out of your surgeon I can't speak to that.

Dr. Posnick performed a rotator cuff repair surgery on my right shoulder. The experience was exceptional. He answered all my questions, was very professional, was attuned to my fears of the surgery, and ultimately had me feel as comfortable as one can be having surgery. Should note, Dr. Posnick also performed surgery on my left shoulder years ago. His colleagues were impressed that his work was so thorough that my left shoulder is still going strong. I will definitely go back to him if I need surgery...

Visit went well. I expect a different diagnosis but he showed me the xray I agreed with his findings. Very well educated. My Primary Doctor Recommended Dr Posnic and I am so glad I went to see him. I highly recommend Dr Posnic. Trust his diagnosis. I know so many people are in pain but you must trust him and give time to see improvements. He is very kind and very professional. He does listen very well. I give him a A+

Major Steven Posnick performed a Blatt procedure or dorsal capsulodesis on my right writs in 1997 at William Beaumont Army Medical. The procedure was done incorrectly, causing necrosis of the bone due to lack of blood flow. As a result, the dead bone tissue was removed and the live tissue of that bone was pulverized and put back into my wrist to fuse the remaining bones. 23 years later and I still have a great deal of pain in that hand.

I wish I could give him zero stars!! He has zero compassion when you tell him how much pain your in! Iv seen him for 10 years he’s performed to scopes on my knee tells me how severe my arthritis is in my knee but in the next breath tells me there is nothing he can do for me because I’m only 45 and doesn’t feel Comfortable doing a knee replacement! Long story short he’s useless and told me to call my primary doctor.

Dr. Posnick did my rotator cuff surgery 9 years ago and today my wife needs surgery I couldn't recommend a more proficient surgeon.
