Unity Internal Medicine at Cornerstone is my primary care provider, & I see the wonderful Dr Sandra Koehn. Over the Labor Day Holiday Weekend I suddenly became ill with Covid. Dr Bollineni was the on call physician & I was beyond impressed with her superior communication skills, responsiveness, knowledge, intelligence, sensitivity, concern & compassion. I work with physicians everyday as a medical interpreter & I have plenty of opportunities for comparison. Dr Bollineni is an absolutely outstanding physician who goes the extra mile & truly cares about her patients. She helped make my miserable weekend more bearable, & provided the best medical intervention possible given my comorbidity issues, complex pharmaceutical situation, etc. Sincere endless thanks! ♡

As an employee of this company I was reffered to by a dr I work with to Dr bollineni as a pcp within our network. In a 5 month span after initially calling to set up a new pt appt, I have been called and my appts have been cancelled by the office 2-3 times with her! I never even met her! Absoluetly unacceptable! I Will find a new dr! Terrible customer/coworker customer service.

Dr. Bollinenni, is a caring and compassionate doctor. She goes out of her way in every visit. She takes time with me, explains my conditions and adjusts treatment recommendations to my medical conditions. I would highly recommend Dr. Bollinenni.
