Terrible. I don't know who was worse, the doctor or his staff.

Since when is medical care based upon whimsy, intimidation, and lies? Since Dr. Devgun opened his office, that's when. I had an appointment for a colonoscopy with Dr. Devgun in August this year, but he canceled it minutes after my arrival -- why? Because my transportation (by livery) was "against the law." Why he lied about such a thing is beyond me, and I still don't know the real reason why he canceled it. All I know is that I lost $198 in transportation costs, $75 for a covid test, and $200 in lost wages, and I still need a colonoscopy. Thank goodness there are other GI doctors in this area who provide quality medical care WITHOUT lying about what is (and isn't) "against the law." If quality medical care doesn't matter and you like throwing money away, by all means, make an appointment with Dr. Devgun. You may or may not get what you pay for.

I went to Dr. Devgun for a colonoscopy in July. The staff was excellent, and addressed my concerns about anesthesia. Dr. Devgun discussed reasons for my being there before the procedure, as well as his findings after the procedure. In addition, he sent me a letter confirming lab results. I was very pleased with the respectful attention I received.

Dr Devgun has been excellent in dealing with 2 different issues that I've had. His staff has always been professional and friendly and they've gotten me in when I felt the need to been seen quickly.

Dr Devegan is the best! I have tried several other gastrointestinal doctors who could not Diognose my problems Dr. D got to the bottom of it right away. Haha

I have always had a wonderful experience. I have recommended others to him, and they have been very pleased. I have always gone to the Penfield office.

I have had several colonoscopies with him at two locations. The second location was in Greece and was a much better setting. From what limited recall I have, the staff and receptionist were professional.

The staff is horrible! Which for me doesn’t say much for the dr. Devgun. I’m so upset I can’t even talk!

Horribly ornery staff Referred to by my primary. Receptionist outright refused to schedule my appointment demanding no longer existing records from a colonoscopy I had well over 10 years ago. Had my primary call. Was told everything is ok. Called back, got the same rude receptionist who said she does not care what my doctor's office said, she won't schedule my appointment without records - which are over 10 years old even if I could find them- , supervisor is conveniently unavailable. Stay away.
