After the office lost my 48 hour holter monitor, Dr. Patel told me I was a young and otherwise healthy female, and it was "probably nothing", and to contact my gynecologist. He was very short, and could have cared less to learn anything about my medical situation. I was utterly flabbergasted at the neglect and lack of concern about my symptoms. I wouldn't bring my dog to him.

He performed a cardiac catheterization on my dad. He was really short with us and didn't take the time to answer our concerns. We were sent home with incomplete care instructions and when I addressed him- he was dismissive and told me to call the office. NOT reassuring at all and I would never ever recommend anyone into his care.

My husband was in for a stress test and the results were not good. Within 3 to 4 hours of the stress test, Dr. Patel and his staff preformed an angioplasty with stent on my husband. Although this was a scary time for my husband and myself, he told me how wonderful everyone was during the whole procedure and helped to calm his nerves. I also was being updated each step of the way by a wonderful PA named Rachel Your team of professionals is great! Thank you to ALL for the care you gave my husband!

Didn't review chart prior to walking into room, requested tests be done that has already been done by his staff just 3 days prior. Very rude, diagnosis had nothing to do with why I was visiting that day.
