I am a paitant at the woman center doctor mamoohd did my tubal riversal an after 10years of not having a baby i gave birth yesterday 12/16/21 to a beutifull baby boy this doctor is great💙 God bless him always for making my huspand an my dream of having more kids come true🙏🏻

I can honestly attest, from recent personal experience, that I received the most wonderful care and attention during my recent admission to RGH. From the second I rolled into ED to the very second I walked out the door, the care, compassion, and service was A-1. Especially during these stressful times of limited staffing, COVID, etc., to witness the courteous exchanges amongst all levels of staff from the cleaning team straight through to the surgical team was not only impressive but truly amazing. I never waited more than a few moments to have my call bell answered or a request met. They made me feel as though I was the only patient receiving care. Kudos Rochester General Hospital for your professionalism, compassion, and stellar service!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #rochesterregionalhealth

The worst hospital service the staff nurses DRs security it's the worst ever never going to this hospital again

I wouldn't recommend this place if you are in need of actual emergency health service. When we arrived at the emergency entrance, several other people were arriving too. Parking was very limited and hard to maneuver. One of the entrances said "closed" so of course we went to the other one. When we went inside, there was a temp check station which had no one sitting at it. The emergency room sliding doors were locked and secured and you couldn't enter. The emergency room was filled with patients who were sick and not being treated in a room, so I'm assuming service was extremely slow. The patients were also not seated in 6 foot fashion and were not all wearing masks properly. The person behind us brought a man with serious injury to drop off at the entrance and couldn't get in. We had to drive all the way around to the front of the hospital, park in the parking garage, and attempt to find our way to the hospital entrance or ER so that my girlfriend could be seen ASAP. We finally got to the main entrance of the hospital, the women were extremely rude, unhelpful, and pushy. They only took my girlfriends temp, asked our reason for being here, and tried to tell us both that because she was 18, she couldn't have anybody with her in the ER. Luckily for us we know that is a discrepancy to our rights as people, and I told them I would walk her to the stairs or entrance at least. (I would need to pass through the lobby to get her there). The woman behind the desk was African American and very impolite. She sternly told me that I'm not allowed to accompany her back due to age restrictions. I knew it was bullshit so I called her on it and refused to give them our business. Unlucky for us the next closest hospital was an hour away. Would've been great if the staff would've been helpful and doing their job properly. Please save yourself a lot of time and heartache going to another hospital. This one is shit and so are the people who work there. Would rate negative stars if I could. On the way out the black woman hollered to me "fuck you too!" Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Avoid this medical care center if possible.

Absolutely horrific treatment by the Emergency Room nurses.

My husband has been there for hours with COVID symptoms and all they have done is taken his vitals this is super frustrating ‍(Excuse my horrible spelling English is not my first language)

The nurses were kind, however I did not feel comfortable or fully listened to at this site. While I do think my Dr. wanted to provide me with a diagnosis, the process felt rushed and I believe the resources/staff are spread too thin.

Standard of care was horrible Dr Riley displayed complete disinterest in our son’s case and refused to discuss or communicate options of care or diagnosis of his injuries.
