Unity ED is absolutely terrible. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours, then moved to a bed 5 hours ago and yet to see a doctor. Poop on the floor under the bed we are in and under the chair I’m sitting in, doctors not checking to see if we are OK, nurses sitting down, changing an elderly man’s diaper in the waiting area and he had been in a bed for 3 days!! I’m about to call the BBB. Treatment of patients is absolutely insane!!!

My fist time calling, I was asked to be placed on hold as I said sure no problem. 24 minutes later still on hold only to hear them pick up the phone while the receptionist chat amongst each other and then hung up on me immediately.

Got a second opinion and had a tooth completely cracked down the middle through root and all! Had to lose the tooth. But this "dentist" at unity ridgeway wanted to just crown and NOT fix this tooth! Can you imagine the type of excruciating pain I was in and had a massive abscess with infection also that she didn't even see on an X-ray! The other dentist showed me my X-rays and even I could see this! I'm beyond sad and mad that this dentist office turned out to be this horrific and this is one of the few Medicaid taken offices in Monroe county. Gross that people with Medicaid have the worst choices for care!

dr e is the best dentist, if you experience high anxiety, stress, panic is the one to see, unfortunately he is always booked. This is one reason why i have now more phobia going to this office, as i felt as ease with dr e now he dumped me to someone else.

This office has gone above and beyond for me, and a special thank you to Destiny, she’s a receptionist there, and she is phenomenal at her job, and so caring towards her patients!! Thank you so much!!!

Well I thank everyone for the honesty in their reviews and appreciate the fact the "company " hasn't removed or tried to justify the negative comments (and their are more than a person would expect) I Have a situation to where I need a second evaluation/opinion very quickly. after having surgery yesterday which the surgeon couldn't finish leaving me screwed for 3 months minimum. And and the reviews here have helped me Make a decision and it's been much appreciated. I've had enough BS and need somebody that knows what they're doing..

Dr E. is the most caring and professional dentist you could ever ask for.

They continually call and cancel my kids cleaning because the hygienist isn't in. Getting an appointment is impossible. They also took X-rays for my son and then said no one was there that could read them so we would have to come back to get X-rays again. Nope.
