Unity Dental Group's Online Review Report Card

I went there telling them I was having pain in my jaw and let them know I have pulled what I think to be bone from my jaw. so they took a CT scan and told me my teeth look fine. I reiterated that it wasn't my teeth it was my jaw that hurts ,so they decided to clean my teeth. How they decided that my jaw hurting needed a teeth cleaning I have no idea.FYI,That cleaning left me in pain for 3 days. So my next appointment was to get a tooth extracted. Well since my last appointment I had pulled out two more pieces of bone and save them and brought them in. I showed these fragments to her and she just completely dismiss them.she took them out of my hand and set them aside saying yeah that happens sometimes. so she tried to extract my tooth. She then slipped and cut my gum enough that she had to put two stitches in and then she gave me a referral to a oral surgeon to extract that tooth. At that point I didn't want anything to do with her or her referral. So recently I went to Webster dental group and had the exact same CT scan done which he immediately recognized a problem with my jaw. They could see it had deteriorated and that there is pieces of bone floating that eventually will come out. They immediately got me a referral to a real oral surgeon because a real dentist knew I was in trouble. Because a unity dental group dentist misdiagnosed or did not care, she has extended my pain for months. My jaw is going to need bone grafts and a lot of work done.A Unity dental group dentist has cause me so much unnecessary pain I am seriously considering a malpractice suit. And I understand that they do take Medicaid and that's why I went to them because I didn't have any other options. But it's not worth the pain. if she would have just listened to me she could have helped. But I feel like she just didn't care. The dentist at St Mary's dental should be ashamed of herself. She knows who she is. Time to retire lady.

She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel taken care of throughout the whole process. Dr. Jessica is not only professional but also warm and approachable, which makes a big difference when visiting the dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

I've been referring people here for over 20 years. The emergency dentistry is a great thing. They will actually see you even if you didn't have insurance back in the day and they will pull that tooth right out that same day if you would like to

I had a bad experience here and never went back after.They are really rough and when you show them that you're in discomfort they don't care . I've noticed after leaving my appt my mouth felt too weird so I started feeling inside and pulled out a cotton ball that they forgot to remove .

They care about the patients, not just the paycheck. Try them out. If I’m lying I’m dying.

Great place! If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go. Dr. Abayunice (I know I killed the spelling of her name) is a wonderful dentist. She has the perfect balance of professionalism and humanness.
