I met Dr. Iqbal for the first time this year after an arrythmia was discovered at an urgent care facility. I have had several visits since then. While I was in her office and throughout our follow up video calls, she listened intently and asked probing questions. She sent me to a hematology colleague for a review prior to making any assumptions about a separate condition outside of her wheelhouse. I appreciate her thoroughness and feel she is genuinely invested in my well-being. She is stoic, candid, and professional. Present her with a problem, and she'll go to work solving it immediately. If you're looking for someone to complain to and hold your hand, you'll want to look elsewhere. I personally like that about her. She remains laser focused on the issues at hand. Her office is vigilant with Covid protocols and everything was streamlined like clockwork. The nurses and front office staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Iqbal for anyone with a heart condition.

I saw this woman in Rochester. I left in tears. Insisted I take meds with severe allergic reactions in past and proven problems for me. Absolutely NO empathy or compassion. Would send a rat that was a nuisance to her. Worst even fir Rochester which has generally lousy care

I was under Dr Iqbals care and went for a scheduled visit, I am on Coumadin I had fallen that day and hit my head, she was very concerned and wanted me to have an emergency CT scan of my head for possible bleeding that very day. Thanks to her staff this had happened October of 2015 it was not till March of 2016 when the office contacted me to see if I ever went to get the CT scan they had never made the appointment for me found out I could have died. told her she was fired for not checking on me

Could not ask for a better Doctor. Always very caring and compassionate. After my open heart surgury, Dr. Iqbal was simply wonderful with follow up and made me and my family feel at ease and confident during recovery. I am very Happy I made the choice for this group and Dr Iqbal.
