Vincent D Chang's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Vincent D.Chang is an awesome Doctor as well as him team. I had been through a lot of pain & was very nervous about gallbladder removal surgery but he made me feel comfortable enough to know everything thing was gonna go just fine. He and his team checked up on me very often after surgery. I would like to say thankyou and I would refer your practice to anyone that's looking for a great surgeon.

I’m not impressed. When I make an appointment first thing in the morning I don’t expect to wait an hour with no forewarning. If they were understaffed they should have said something but they didn’t. They obviously overbook to make as much money as possible. Places like this are what’s wrong with our health care system. By the time I gave up and left there was over twenty people jammed into a tiny out of date waiting room.

Kind, considerate and a great listener!!! Beyond excellent, he has always taken amazing care of my family as well as myself. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Chang I’d definitely a 10 star physician!!! I wish I could rate this higher but his staff post-op were so completely rude and disrespectful that I never got my follow up appointment and to this day, I’m not sure I’ll ever return for it. Hopefully nothing goes wrong because I’ll have to find someone new to assist me. The day he replaces the disrespectful people who locked us out of the office making us miss appointments and ignoring the phone as we called to check in, is the day I’ll return because he was phenomenal! Unfortunately, I can’t be sure if my experience is shared by others regardless of race or if me being a black woman is the sole reason for my treatment but I’m definitely getting used to it at this point. Hopefully this message reaches Dr Chang so that he can resolve his staffing issues if he hasn’t already because again, he was the best physician I ever had the pleasure of coming into contact with and his office deserves the same notoriety as he does without staining his reputation

The people at Dr Chang’s office are excellent!!!!! Very caring and explain things clearly. Dr. Chang saved my life! What more can I say. Highly recommend!

Dr. Chang did surgery on my upper thigh. Yesterday 7/13 2022. I have had many surgeries over the years. He's the first Surgeion that I actually didn't need to take any pain medication. He's amazing. Thanks so much Dr. Chang.

My primary doctor referred me to see Dr. Chang. He is amazing and excellent at what he does. I had an outpatient surgery and everything came out perfect.

It's been almost a year since my emergency surgery. If you ever have a horrendous pain in your abdomen, it might be your gallbladder. No one ever talks about it, until it happens to you. I had one attack that was absolute agony, and I only had a month from then until I ended up in emergency surgery. I couldn't eat or really even stand up, so my husband told me to call the emergency number. It was the weekend, and Dr Chang told me he'd get me in Monday. I was supposed to do a special diet before surgery, which I never got the chance to do. Dr Chang never made me feel nervous or that he wasn't confident. He told me not to worry. All he does is take out gallbladders. He knows what he's doing, and I'd definitely recommend him. There's a couple nurses at the office that aren't the nicest, but the doctor himself is far more important to me. And he got me in as an emergency, which is also very important. If you have gallbladder issues, go to him.

I thank the powers that be you were called in to be my surgeon a few years ago. The remarkable results of healing were excellent. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in your hands on the operating table. Doctors/surgeons should take a few chapters out of your book on bedside manner. You are the best as is your staff.
