I would like to share my experience with Caitlynn Fantigrossi, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at West End Pediatric Urgent Care. Recently, my daughter was experiencing respiratory distress, and based on the wonderful feedback we had heard, my wife and I drove for hours to bring her here. We were incredibly satisfied with the treatment we received. From the moment we entered the facility, Caitlynn and her team greeted us with open arms, providing us with a warm welcome. The staff efficiently gathered our information and promptly led us into a room to be seen. We were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both the technicians and clerical staff. Caitlynn not only assessed and diagnosed our daughter's condition, but she also took the time to engage with her. Not only did Caitlynn go above and beyond in providing excellent care, but she also took the time to involve our children in their own medical experience. She kindly allowed your daughter and son to view the chest x-ray and explained everything in a way that was easy for them to understand. This thoughtful gesture not only helped alleviate any fears or concerns they may have had but also empowered them to be involved in their own healthcare journey. As worried parents, we felt a great sense of relief after being seen, and we couldn't stop discussing the positive experience once we returned home. Additionally, Caitlynn went the extra mile by calling us with any pending results and checking in on us, emphasizing that she and her team were just a phone call or drive away. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care, education, and compassion we received during that time. It truly made a lasting impact on us. The staff is caring, friendly and well knowledgeable. The type of care was quality and caring went above and beyond. The office is well decorated and fun! The was no wait we were greeting immediately and taken in very quickly.
