I have been seeing Dr Pum for over 25 years and I must say he has performed magnificently. He has always been there for me and offered a personal level of care that has helped me stay healthy. He is a health expert and my friend who has never acted rushed and has looked at all factors every time. He is a professional.

I am a 62 year old woman. I am currently a patient of Dr. Pum. I broke my shoulder in a car accident and haven't been able to go back to work. It's been 5 plus months now. I asked Dr. Pum if I qualified for short term disability just until he releases me back to work. he said no. His reasoning was his MUCH YOUNGER daughter broke her shoulder and went back to work the next day. Not only do I believe he lied to me, I don't think he should make snap decisions based on another paitients recovery tim

Refused to prescribe a medication he'd never prescribed before, refused to do any research into any new medications. Was more concerned with how the patient was taking medication against prescription orders, rather than why (it was because the meds were ineffective, but he assumed an eating disorder instead). Offered no solutions and explicitly told the patient he wouldn't help.

diagnosed with cancer but not given results until almost 2 weeks after scan showed tumor. Results given to spouse rather than patient via phone (stage 4 terminal) .Not given any advice on who to go to For further work up or treatment for cancer. After hours call answered by LPN Who was inexperienced & not helpful. Didn't feel doctor really cared.

Dr Pum has been my doctor for a good number of years. He is very easy to talk to as well as being a great listener. He has helped me through some serious issues and I have the highest level of confidence in all that is does.I wouldn't change on a bet.
