This has to be the worst place on earth. I went in for a dot physical and the pa told me I was to old. I’m 45. She barely even looked at me and then would not pass me because I take a blood pressure medicine. I had my primary care doctor write a letter and 2 weeks later workfit called and said your certificate is ready. DO NOT GO HERE

I don't use weed or Any other Drug ,they Switched my Urine to Stop me from getting a Job out of town. And the Nurse never took my blood pressure I'll take a Drug test for Any of you any day of the week. I Wouldn't Recommend this place to Anyone They get a (F) from me. And thank you for Switching my Urine I don't need the Job out of town Anyway So thank you Scumbags . My appointment was @10 am I didn't leave until 1pm on 10/17/22 they must Really need Clean Urine.

The staff here as of October 2022 are awesome. Super nice and courteous

Go anywhere else....they are rude understaffed and don't care about people at all! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Honestly don’t waste your time with this place and go somewhere else you will regret it. First time here was 3 weeks ago for a work related injury . Thanks to their very incompetent staff I have not been able to get into physical therapy that was recommended by one of their providers. I’ve called multiple times and spoke with the workers comp lady who’s name is Glenda. 3 weeks later she has not sent a PAR to my insurance so that I can schedule my appointment and be able to return to work asap . Even worse , the insurance person for this office has not sent any of my medical paper work to workers comp stating that I have been taken out of work because of my injury so that I can be paid while recovering. These are people livelihoods they’re playing with here , I have children to provide for . This completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed . I called last week and asked Glenda to speak to her office manager who’s name is Jackie. I was hung up on and had to try calling multiple times before someone finally transfer me to her line. No answer of course so I left a very urgent voicemail , did I get a call back ? No I did not . I am now waiting to speak to her in person at the clinic , “ she’s on a call “ it’s been 40 mins now ….

Had a real big problem today at Roch. branch . I was refused service , they claim there was a previous incident and a note in my file but could not elaborate and gave me a bogus email at the end I don't know of any problem I ever had there is there any one who can give me the right place to start

This place is a scam . They won't honor and fix their wrong doing. All they care about is taking your money. If you need a dot physical stay away from this place spend your money on a better place . This place is the worse . Is so bad they don't know how to do their math. Those who know , know.

DO NOT COME HERE! This was my WORST experience with a medical facility. I came in for a physical, necessary so i can continue to work with elderly people. I am currently not getting paid because of Workfit Medical, their terrible communication and lack of thought when it comes to a patient losing their job. I was told that the paperwork would get FAXED DIRECTLY to the company i work for once everything was completed…Now, over a week later, i call back and they had everything i needed and NEVER FAXED IT AT ALL. I had to come pick it up MYSELF and deliver it to my job MYSELF! ZERO STARS! To the owner, Matt, help your employees. They are going to destroy this place’s reputation til there is no more business. The white lady with red hair was very defensive when i got her confused with someone else that checked my PPD test results a week prior. I would’ve left empty handed if it wasn’t for the ONLY HELPFUL lady there, i believe she took my call before i arrived. i never got her name, but it was a white woman with glasses on.

We at US Commercial Freight use WorkFit Medical for almost all our drug/alcohol tests and medical certifications. Kim has been a pleasure to work with and responds to my questions through email promptly. The rest of the staff is knowledgeable as well. Any time I call with a problem or an kind of inquiry, they always manage to help me out.
