Total unprofessionals. No pay transparency and want to charge for services that were never presented. Horrible services since they were bought out. Let me not even mention the wait times. Plan on being there all day.

rosemarie the phlebotomist was incredible. i have had blood work drawn so many times & i kid you not, i didn’t feel a thing. i was speechless. she is an angel & she deserves recognition

Last visit was quick and doctor met needs and answered my questions. A pleasant change from two hour visit to see doctor. While I realize emergencies happen, some doctors are always at least two hours behind scheduled appointment times. I come prepared to pass the time with a book or handwork to pass excessive wait time.

Save yourself time and stress. Most of the staff is rude and cold. I was led to believe i was being seen by a doctor when in the end she was a PA. Informations are very mislead whenever you ask something. Their phone service is a joke. Nobody calls back urgent questions for the doctors. So if you are pregnant, pls avoid this place. The radiology department treats you like you need them and not that they are there to serve you as a client, they are entitled and very cold when it comes to pregnancy screens. Terrible terrible. Drive almost one hour to go and one to come back is sure not worthy for their services. If you live in the woods and have no choices, be ready to receive poor treatment paying high prices.

After 3 seperate visits I had to leave Crystal Run all together due to the poor quality of service. I would wait 20-30 minutes in the room for my doctor and when he finally showed up he rushed in and then rushed out within 5 minutes. Doctor Tawil was arrogant and condecending and often talked down to me and questioned if my symptoms were even real. The scheduling process was also a nightmare, could not make any appointments on my own through the website and waited a week for a scheduling call back. The only good thing I can say is the front desk and nursing staff was very nice when checking me in. Please go somewhere else if you can for your own good.

This medical group may be the worst run outfit I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Nothing gets done the first time. They cancel appointments with regularity. Want to discuss something with your physician? Sorry, you have to wait three weeks to have a conversation. Go elsewhere if you can.

The doctors at Crystal Run Health care don't tell you everything you should know. Very dishonest doctors. My cardiologist nor my primary doctors never discussed with me my condition ,Bradycardia, I had these doctors for 15 yrs.I had to learn about this condition in another state when i was hospitalized and had major surgery.Dr. Chistian Mercodo was my cardiologist and Dr. Beckey Hines was my primary. My Gi Doctor with the same facility is doing the same thing . These doctors don't want to help you, or cure you off your ailment. They want to monitor it and wait for the condition to get worse, so now you have to be admitted into there Hospital. Doctors are getting your business and the hospital. why should you go to a doctor over and over and get no results

I hate saying it like this but some of the receptionists are a joke. I don't mind cold but professional demeanor. It's the cold and UN-professional demeanor I have a problem with.

The staff are rude. Waiting currently for over 2 and a half hours and when we ask for an update, we get nothing but attitude. We are definitely never coming here again and will be changing doctors

There are so many people looking for employment this location is grossly understaffed.
