This clinic is a Very DISGUSTING place if you care for your health don’t dare to come here and be seen by Doctor Bundock And their receptionists are very rude to the doctors too , And have this disgusting attitude and complain if they are asked to print your lab results it’s very frustrating, this is the last time I come here . Very very incompetent clinic , lack of respect for the patients .

Nurses are wonderful but dr Susana bundock not so great. Explained about many things my father needed and she skipped them all, talk to loud and yells.My father needed wound care and she brushed it off. Explained everything and still nothing. So I had to call his case manager and social worker to handle it and she hasn’t responded to them.

Made an appointment for my mother, who is over 65 and high-risk, to get the COVID Vaccine here. No where during the process does it say she has to be a current outpatient of SJMG. After booking over a week in advance and calling the office to confirm and provide her information she gets a text 9pm the night before her appointment that only healthcare workers and 65+ SJMG patients are allowed and that she had to cancel her appointment. Completely inappropriate and unethical to withhold care considering I could have tried and made an appointment elsewhere in the past week instead of waiting until late the night before to tell her this.

For any gyn issues/diagnosis Dr. Bogdanov and everyone on his team is awesome. Very educated and thorough, fun and professional. Whether its surgery or regular visits I highly recommend women to request them for their health concerns. The best team I ever had and trust, I’ve been to a number of hospitals and met tons of doctors in different states.

She is amazing with my daughter who has down syndrome. My baby cries with all doctors but dr.criss' amazing demeanor makes my baby calm.

So, my kids had they very first visit with Dr.Criss and she truly is amazing , I was wowed by her act of thoughtfulness,patience and understanding as a children dr. I can see why all of you gave such wonderful reviews about her. I am happy and satified with our first visit with Dr Criss and I can tell my kids were comfortable with her too. Thaks alot Dr Criss and continue to be the wonderful person that you are. Big thanks From Ariana & Noah Sugrim.❤❤
