List of Albert Katz's Reviews
This man must be in it only for the US Dollar. He misdiagnosed me saying my test results were negative and to come back 1 month later well after I told him my current conditions. Still feeling discomfort and other symptoms till this day. Tried to contact him numerous times to figure out what’s wrong with me. For some reason the receptionists (emphasis on s for plural) just kept leaving him electronic messages. He has yet to contact me regarding my situation. I would not recommend this doctor. He brushes off patients like dandruff.

My husband had major surgery with Dr. Katz for his prostate. His years of experience and straight shooting demeanor was what a Dr. should be. If your looking for someone to hold your hand, he is not your Dr. But if you are looking for someone to give you the best strategic plan for your ailment, he is the guy. Is his office busy at times? Yes. But his staff of girls were excellent. Whenever we placed a call to speak with him, he phoned back as soon as he was able. If it was a medical emergency, go to the hospital but make sure YOU have control of your medical decisions. People want Dr.'s to be miracle workers and some are, but you need to educate yourself to a certain degree for your own health. Consult with the Dr. and make a decision together. He phoned me while I was waiting during his first surgery in the waiting room at the hospital because he saw something that he did not discuss with my husband and wanted to confer with me before he went forward. We made the decision together. What Dr. does that? I am surprised the reviews I am reading here. He is excellent. Lucy Gordon
Dr Katz is fine but the office isn’t great. Run poorly if you can go somewhere else you will be better off.
Great doctor... very happy w my recent surgery...highly recommend
If I could give him 0 stars, I would. Misdiagnosed and told that I just have to "deal with [my problem]". Completely inconsiderate. Save yourself the time and money, don't see this guy.
This guy misdiagnosed me and I suffer for almost a year he is the worst spent a lot of money in copayments I visit one of his colleague and he knew exactly what was wrong with me not right

If I could give him 0 stars I would. I was misdiagnosed and told "deal with [my problem]". He is the most inconsiderate Dr. I've ever been to. Don't waste your time or money, don't go to this guy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
