Annette Mary Baggott's Online Review Report Card

The front desk staff were very rude and curt before and after my appointment. They were behaving as if I was annoying them when I asked a basic question. Dr. Baggott had poor bedside manner, did not listen to my concerns, and rushed through my appointment. She heavily pushed birth control without discussing my feelings on whether or not I wanted to use it. I felt disturbed and uncomfortable afterwards and I will not be returning.

I have been seeing Dr. Baggott for more than a decade. She always takes my concerns seriously and never made me feel stupid for asking questions. The staff is all very helpful and always welcoming. For a hypochondriac like myself Dr. Baggott is a godsend.

Hands down the worst gyno I've ever been to. Recently moved out of state and in search for a new doctor but in the mean time needed medication for a yeast infection. Called the front desk and asked to have a telehealth visit (Which I have had before) was told by the FRONT DESK that I have to find a new doctor and dr. Baggott can't help me anymore. i have also called several times and left voicemails while i was still "allowed" to be seen by her and no response. Delayed in refill of birth control for almost a month! Terrible. Don't recommend.

I love Dr. Baggott and have been going to her for years. Most of her staff is very helpful but the women who answers the phone has very poor phone skills. She seems annoyed just answering the phone. Definitely needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

So disappointed with the service. If only I could give zero star I will. I was expecting good since she's a female she would understand women. I share to her that it was my first time to have check here and I am shy a bit and I really don't know how to react but she says no your not shy. I am asking if what should I expect after the test. She said if something wrong will call you and because the kind of insurance you have we wouldn't do much test. She said I only can do basic. She said to call after 2 weeks for test results cause they won't call me if nothing is emergency. I called and its answering machine for 2 x. I left a message and nobody follow up on me or return a call.All in all I won't recommend this OBGYN. I normally don't write negative feedback but I give a few months before I wrote this. Poor communications. No courtesy calls and trying to collect extra money saying you’re giving up better service I’d rather find a new doctor

Dr. Is ok. The office staff are not at all customer centric. Not sure I will be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baggott for many years on and off (because of my various insurance plans). I am so happy that she's been accepting my current insurance plan. She is by far the best in her field and I have referred 2 other friends of mine to her. They LOVE her too!! She is so easy to talk to and she saved my life after an abnormal Pap smear. She will take further steps whereas I know other doctors from the past that did not do that. From all the doctors I've had, and I'm over 50 years old now, she is hands down the absolute BEST!!  I never feel rushed when I see her and she will listen to any issues I have. She is so professional and I think an exceptional doctor. I hope she never retires from her practice!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Baggott since 2010.  I am 60 years old and have seen many doctors in my lifetime, however, Dr. Baggott is the best doctor I have ever had.  She is patient, knowledgeable and caring.  In addition, her office is run so efficiently.  I have never been kept waiting for more than 5 minutes.  I heard a saying once "a doctor is only as good as his/her staff".  Well I am pleased to report that her staff is friendly and competent.  I have received nothing but great care from Dr. Baggott and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful Obstetrician-gynecologist.

Dr. Baggott missed a Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer diagnosis. She should not be a practicing Doctor. She lacked the proper medical knowledge and I would not trust her.
