I’ve been a patient for about over a year and half regularly seeing Nick. I was content with the services at first as it allowed me to receive my medication via telehealth. However, due to their 2 week office holidays, I will not be able to continue my medication as I am not able to make an appointment until after. I was told to not abruptly stop the medication at any point but now I will have to. I am frustrated that I am not able to get a short supply until the next available appointment and the office shows no real concern toward any symptoms I may be experiencing. I am so disappointed in their mental health services.

I came in struggling with depression that came on during many life crises that occurred at the same time, and I wasn't able to regain my mental footing. I never thought I'd have a mental health concern, but I know when I need help. The staff at Empire Psychiatry are extremely kind. My psychiatrist is great, and with the help of medication I'm finally able to see the light of my former self. Very well organized practice, and I'm very grateful for coming here.

I was in need of a psychiatrist so badly, was getting all my psych meds at my pcp til he could no longer help. I was desperately searching. I spoke to the receptionist’s here they were so sweet and informative listened and offered as much assistance and got me in for an appointment the same week. I was elated and baffled it’s so hard to find people that actually care and listen to their patients nowadays but this office has changed my perspective on doctor’s offices. It shows they have a great team ethic and help their patients do to each individuals needs. The NP Ms. Obradovic was so sweet and compassionate understood my needs and helped me 100% I felt so relieved in one visit that there are still amazing people like this and working together to help me and others in situations like mine. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for your hospitality and supportive services.

Yoel Wartenberg is an amazing practitioner. After discovering Genesight, a test that determines how your body will interact with psychiatric medications based on certain genetic markers, Yoel signed up quickly to become a Genesight provider to order the test. Based on the results, we decided to try a medication in the “use as directed” list. My depression, anxiety, and ADHD have never been as controlled as it is now, and I’m starting to feel eager about everything going on in my life. Yoel always listens to any issues I have, and works hard to try and find a solution- and those solutions are paying off. Thank you for your expertise!

They are always helpful and nice. Amy the receptionist is always amazing, NP Nick is always professional and listens as well as offers his professional opinion with multiple options.... and NP Jacob is just as great. They know what they're doing and are always caring. They also take you as an individual into consideration instead of making a blanket treatment for all. Tailored treatment that takes you and your situation into consideration. I definitely recommend them. Overall, they are an amazing office in which everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful. I had a psychiatrist in the past that, yeah he offered me the medications I needed - plus some I didn't, but needed his own psychiatrist himself due to his own insecurities and personal issues which I won't say... but if you were to see that person's reviews, there's a reason why I jumped ship. At the end of the day, This Office Is VERY Helpful and I Sincerely Mean That.

My psychiatrist is amazing and really drills into my specific issues which has allowed my medications to be tailored more specifically for me. I love that they take my insurance and have been so happy with my care!

Very painless process to become a patient here and very happy with my care. I've gotten quite depressed the last few years because of everything going on and decided to take the leap and get help. My NP listened to my concerns and made a treatment plan taking into account that I'm not thrilled about taking meds and started me off very conservatively with dosing. I'm starting to feel like my old self again and grateful to everyone at this practice.

After being in a psych ward and misdiagnosed for a year with depression, Yoel Waternberg has diagnosed me with bipolar disorder. Although we are still working on it, I already feel better and see results. I never thought I would get to this point especially the way my mental health seemed to be deteriorating. I had my first appointment today and was so impressed by the level of service and the quality of care that I received that I have to leave a review. I was seen by Joel who is fantastic. He was thorough, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Also, to get an appointment was extremely smooth and easy. I was seen within the week I called. A+ for Empire Psychiatry!
