I didn't want to do the procedure and I won't say I was coerced but when your doctor says he won't have a complete picture... He roughly wiped my urethra with a disinfectant wipe and then proceeded to shove the scope in. Then he unceremoniously ripped it out. I had the procedure on Monday and it is still keeping me up at night thinking about it. I will never go back!

The doctor is good, but the office staff was horrible. The Secretary made an appointment on the wrong day and they try to charge us as a "no show". When we called about what location our appointment secretory give us the wrong address. No one informed us that doctors recently drop our insurance. And we were charged for an appointment. We tried to call the office manager numerous times, left plenty of massages. She never returns our calls.

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Thall. He, in my opinion, is the most knowledgeable and more importantly helpful and responsive doctor I have ever gone to. He always called me back when I was being treated if I had a concern. Look no further if you need a Urologist. He is truly the best!!!

Just called his office 3 times today to make my 1st appointment to se Dr. Thall. 1st time I was on hold for 10 minutes. Than they hung up on me. So I called back and they put me right on hold again for 8 minutes. When someone did finally answer I said “I would like to make an appointment to see the Dr”, she put me back on hold for another 10 minutes. This time I hung up to call them again. If course I went right to hold. When she finally answered again I said I’d like to make an appointment to see the Dr and I heard crickets. No one would talk. So for that I vote them the Worst Dr’s office ever. Time to find a real office. John

Dr. Thall is an excellent and thorough doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He doesn't mince words and he is reassuring. I have no hesitation whatsoever to be in his care as I feel I am in competent hands. I am grateful I found him. I highly recommend him. His support staff is efficient and friendly.

Dr. Thall performed a simple prostectomy on me on Nov. 13, 2018. It has been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I am feeling better every day. He is a very capable urologist and surgeon and someone you can trust to take care of you. In my case, since I turned 50 years of age, I had 5 prior biopsies, a Laser Turp procedure in 2015 with another urologist, and several visits to the emergency room due to urine retention. I only wish that I had seen Dr. Thall sooner than later in life.
